2010-2011 Fall/Winter Marlins Registration

Marlins Registration

Official Registration will be on the following dates and times:

At time of registration please have the following forms completed:

1.)  Program Registration

2.)  Waiver for Participation

3.)  PCA Parent Pledge & Positive Code of Conduct

4.)  YMCA membership form (if not already a member)

5.)  USA Swimming Form (we need this even if you were a USA member last year)

***$75 Registration fee is due at this time as well, if it has not already been paid.
